The goal is to take the phone number of the prospect, then that will create a contact to call on Hubspot for our setters. However, if we have the lead phone number and they book a call at the same time, this will be an issue as it will create confusion within the setters. The issue: since there's no email tied to the contact, if they book a call it's going to create another contact for them. The question: if we ask for the email after the phone number, how will that impact convesions and is it okay with Manychat to do that?
