Mielle rosemary oil

Apparently Mielle rosemary oil makes peoples hair all out I used it with diluted water a miniature go while massaging it in I noticed strands fall out I know that’s normal as when I wash my hair the same thing happens but I want to be safe than sorry so is this a good idea in my routine should I continue or stop with this oil

I mix it with water

On one shampoo day in the week

I appy it to my scalp extra on corners and crown massage it and let it sit in for 1H then I apply more and wait 4 mins and then shampoo it out after massaging it and I add products in them I’m done

Should I continue using this oil

If not are there any safe recommended rosemary oils
