Hi, I'm Teresa and I'm so glad you found your way here.
Mamma Makes is about three things. Making food. Making friends. Making memories.
I'm a mid-mum, almost 50, and finally at a place where I get to make things for me. I've done the hard yards of motherhood and come out the other side knowing that feeding people and connecting with other women is some of the most meaningful work there is.
I believe there's something powerful in the way a mamma makes things. The slow stir of a pot. The energy poured into something created with love and intention.
This is a warm spiritual community for mums who crave real connection. Not the highlight reel kind. The real kind. Where you show up as you are and feel seen.
Every week I drop a recipe on Monday and we pick a day to cook together live. Life happens so the day might change but the warmth never will.
