Stop Waiting to Feel Like a New Person (Do This Instead) ๐Ÿง
Following our previous lesson "Stop Trying to Force the Outcome" most people try to change their lives by waiting for a massive wave of motivation. Thatโ€™s not how identity shifts work. You donโ€™t change your identity overnight; you vote for it with small, consistent actions. If you want to be a disciplined person, an athlete, or a high performer, you don't need a 100% perfect record every single day. You just need a majority rule. Cast 51% of your daily votes for the person you want to become, and you win the day. And if you miss a vote? No problem. Just never miss twice. Reset immediately. To help you put the Making Progress Framework into action, I created a super simple template you can print out or keep on your desk: The Win Tracker Ledge ๐Ÿ“‹ Whatโ€™s inside the ledger: - Identity Votes: Track the exact small actions that align with the person you're becoming. - Daily Check System: Keep yourself accountable and ensure you're hitting that 51% majority rule every day. - The "Never Miss Twice" Guardrail: A clear reset rule to prevent one bad day from ruining your momentum. How to Fill Out the Ledger: - DATE: Write down today's date. - IDENTITY VOTE: Define a specific, small action that aligns with your goal (e.g., โ€œWrote 100 words,โ€ โ€œDrank 1 glass of water,โ€ โ€œDid 10 pushupsโ€). Keep it small enough that friction is virtually zero. - CHECK: Place a checkmark as soon as the vote is cast. ๐Ÿ‘‡ Grab your free copy of the Win Tracker Ledger below, print it out, and cast your first vote today. @Alexa Leitner @Amanda Kirk @Amanda Mcwilliams @Anthony Lenzo @Aramide Kimmy B @Bree Wood @Bhavana Gowda @Christopher Rojas @Dionisis Papadopoulos @Favio Palacios @Houssem Saad@Julia Ortega @Julian Smith @K Ln @Kayleigh Mcgregor @Laura Dirksen @Linda Suter @Lindsay Mitchell @Manuel Morris @Paolo Pagella @Paul Cullen @Prathmesh Swami @Temiloluwa Omiwade @Volodymyr Wnd

๐Ÿ”ฅ Atomic Habits Book Cheat Codes for ADHD Brains (Free PDF Inside!)
I know you have been struggling with traditional productivity advice, feeling like your willpower burns out by noon, or getting stuck in frustrating all-or-nothing loops. That is completely normal for ADHD and neurodivergent brains, so I wanted to share something to help you out. Here is a free PDF cheat document and a quick breakdown of why these strategies will help: - The Identity Shift: Aim for the center because identity is the driver, and every habit serves as a vote for the person you wish to become. - The 4 Laws of Change: Practical ADHD hacks covering cues (making them obvious), cravings (temptation bundling), responses (making it easy), and rewards (immediate celebration). - The 2-Minute Rule: When starting a new habit, scale it down so it takes less than two minutes to do (like "Open my laptop" instead of studying for an hour) so you can standardize before you optimize. - Environment & Sensory Design: Optimize your physical surroundings and reduce friction by managing visual noise and sensory alignment instead of relying purely on willpower. - The Golden Rule (Never Miss Twice): Protect your streak and forgive the slip to prevent all-or-nothing thinking from derailing your progress. ๐Ÿ“ฅ Here is your free PDF cheat document: You can access and download the complete Atomic Habits Summary cheat sheet directly from the resources section below!
