A couple of weeks ago I used a very simple prompt that gave me profound results:
"Please analyze the marketing and advertising of [brokerage name] [town, state], especially outreach focused on discounted commissions aimed at attracting home sellers and new listings."
Manus delivered a comprehensive package of reports: marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, commission structure, comprehensive analysis, and a final report.
Yesterday I took the SHARE link to that task and asked Manus to create a use case analysis chapter for my book, "How To Use Manus In Real Estate". Manus wrote a 2,000-word chapter for my book and recommended where it would work best in the chapter outline.
Manus: "I have completed the new standalone chapter on competitor marketing analysis, titled "Chapter Y: Sizing Up the Competition – An AI-Powered Look at Rival Marketing." This chapter details how Manus AI can be used to analyze competitor strategies, particularly around commission structures and seller attraction, while maintaining the anonymity of the specific agent and brokerage from the Manus task you shared. It is written in our established conversational, first-person style.
"I have also prepared a recommendation for the best place to insert this new chapter. I suggest placing it as a new Chapter 5 within Part II: Core Use Cases for Real Estate Professionals, immediately following the appraisal appeal chapter (which we designated as the new Chapter 4). This creates a logical flow from market analysis, to valuation challenges, and then to competitive marketing intelligence before diving into property marketing enhancement.
"I am attaching both the new competitor analysis chapter and the detailed placement recommendation for you."
