Removing a block
Had some challenging thoughts and feelings to move through my sacral in guilt. I caused alot of my youngest daughter's suffering with my choices. I felt it, acknowledged my mistake, apologized, and made the decision to make it up to her by working harder. " I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I Love You." Moving the frustration energy into creative fire.
