Sometimes I catch myself saying, “I don’t have enough time.”
But when I reflect honestly, it’s rarely about time — it’s about intention.
We all get the same 24 hours.
The difference is how intentionally we use the small pockets within them.
10 minutes of learning… adds up.
20 minutes of focused work… moves things forward.
30 minutes without distractions… can change your whole day.
Progress doesn’t always require big time blocks.
It requires clear intention in the time you already have.
Today I’m reminding myself to stop waiting for the “perfect free time” and start using the time that already exists.
