It amazes me.When Yaqub (AS) lost Yusuf (AS), he cried so much that he lost his sight. Years passed and he was still grieving, even while his sons told him to stop.
Yet Allah still described him as a man of strength and insight and among the finest of His servants.
Your tears do not make you weak.
What matters is where you take your grief.
Yaqub said:
“I only complain of my sorrow and grief to Allah.” (Qur’an 12:86)
