Time Management (Barakha) with Practical Activity
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:
“Be mindful of Allah wherever you are. Follow a bad deed with a good one – it will erase it. And treat people with good character.”
(Jami‘ at-Tirmidhi, Hadith 1987)
Core Insight (Where People Often Go Wrong)
❌ Mistake: People think time management is about planners, apps, or schedules only.
✅ Reality: Time management is primarily about self-control, recovery, and relationships — exactly what this Hadith addresses.
One-Line Summary:
This Hadith teaches spiritual time management:
  1. Be aware → use time intentionally
2. Correct quickly → don’t lose more time
3. Treat people well → avoid time-draining conflicts.
📌Practical Activity✍️📝
Design a Simple Morning Routine: Choose three things to start your day with: one spiritual (e.g., Quran, Dua, Dhikr), one physical (e.g., journaling, running, walking, gardening), and one intentional (e.g., planning your priorities, setting goals, creating structures & routines). Keep it light, keep it consistent, and start tomorrow. Remember, we are a nation whose early mornings are blessed. (Sunan Ibn Majah, 2238)
