- Starting my day with Bismillah, realigning your intention everyday and be God conscious (massive increase in focus in this fast paced world)
2. Going out for atleast 15 to 30 minutes to breath fresh air in the morning and doing dhikr while breathing deep.
3. Consuming clean and pure food in a healthy amount, not too full neither empty.
4. Making a To-Do list (helps me with time management and mental stress)
5. Reading 5 or more Duas sincerely and steadily, realigning my intention and making myself receptive about how weak a human being is and without God it cannot prosper
