Summer days mein aise dialogues almost har ghar aur school mein sunne ko milte hain. 😄
Garmi mein body tired ho jati hai, sweating se pani kam hota hai aur energy bhi low feel hoti hai. Phir choti si baat bhi big issue lagne lagti hai.
Is summer ek simple rule try karein:
Pehle water, phir answer!
Jab mood off ho:
Pani piyen, thori der cool place mein baithen, aur 5 deep breaths lein.
Ho sakta hai ghussa nahi… bas body ko rest aur hydration chahiye ho.
