Should I take this opportunity or not?
Today I got an opportunity to work with an Islamic media channel as an editor & videographer where they do podcasts, Jumma bayans & other stuff related to that.
We are based in the same city & they have flexible working hours like they didn’t restrict me to work in fixed time, it is a office based work but I’m offered to work from home too which I’m doing for a year now as a freelancer.
I can earn around the same if I work with them by working less or 0 with my current agency.
But I’ll learn how to use Camera, How to work in a office environment, travel, connections & much more.
They are paying per project not a fixed Salary ✅
But I’m a little afraid of the commitment I have to do with them because currently as a freelancer I can say NO to clients if I have to go out of city & also whenever I’m not in the position to do work.
& I’m kind of working in my comfort zone too that’s why I’m nervous because I have to manage my other responsibilities & calendar according to the work.
Should I join them or not?
