how much time should we take to write a proposal , Right now i m practing writing effective proposals but i'm taking 15 -18 minutes for reading understanding the job & writing the proposal ( manually ) , Is it ok to go with this pace 15 -18 min / proposal or with this speed i m not able to get any job ?
