understand her/his business or needs ,

make data according it ,

search on every platforms about that person ,

use cloude for hidden knowledge ,

then go with step by step ,

some client close on day one ,

and other one close on next few months ,

it means you need different communication structures ,

and funnels which help your audience to come to words you ..
