Need Guidance Regarding Upwork Identity Verification Issue

Salam everyone.

I created a new accounton Upwork and my account activities were paused during identity verification. I realized I had used a stock profile picture and my address details did not exactly match my government-issued ID. I now understand the rules.

The issue is that my account activities are on pause until verificationis is done, so I cannot remove the picture or update the information myself.

I tried to contact Upwork support team but didn't find relevant email.

Has anyone faced a similar situation before?Any genuine guidance would really help.
