Need Advice To add more features
Salam! I created a WhatsApp chatbot for restaurants that handles customer queries automatically.Right now, it can manage basic questions, take orders, cancel orders, and once an order is confirmed, the connected dashboard shows all order details.
I need advice on two things:
- What extra features should I add to make it more useful for restaurants?
- Since this started as a project, should I turn it into a subscription-based product?
