Need Advice on Outreach for Local Businesses

Hi everyone,

I’m currently offering website development + GMB services to local businesses in the US and doing cold outreach mainly through Facebook and Instagram DMs.

The issue I’m facing is that a lot of businesses I find on Google Maps either:

Don’t have social media at all
Have broken or inactive profiles
Or only have personal/non-business accounts

So it becomes really hard to reach them through DMs.

Wanted to ask:

How do you guys reach out to businesses in these cases?
What other channels are working for you?
Also, if you’re providing services to local businesses, how are you generating leads and doing outreach overall?
