HR woh banda hota hai jo:
Right talent hire karta hai
Employees ko manage karta hai
Salary & policies handle karta hai
Conflicts solve karta hai
Company aur employees ke beech balance banata hai
Agar aap LinkedIn pe naye hain, to titles se impress hone ke bajaye roles ko samajhna shuru karein.
Har “HR Professional” same level ka nahi hota.
Kuch recruiters hote hain, kuch HR executives, aur kuch strategy level pe kaam karte hain.
Real HR woh hai jo logon ko sirf hire nahi karta… unhe grow bhi karta hai.
