Mujhe yai pata tha Kai hamai Quran parhanai sai pehlai Aozubillah parhanai chahiay as taught by my teachers and elders but while listening a video related to Quran I found out that Allah G khud Quran Mai hamai iss cheez ka hukam daitai hai Kai Quran parhanai sai pehlai taooz parh li jiay taakai hum Allah swt ki panaah Mai ajiay.
This reference in below attached picture is of surah nahl , ayat 98.
