I need your precious advice please

Salam Everyone, I really need some advice from seniors here.

Whenever I think about my financial situation, I feel a lot of pressure because I’m not earning right now. I learned SMM, but with time I realized it doesn’t feel like my passion. When I do the tasks, it feels more like a burden than something exciting.

But recently, I recorded my first talking-head reel for my personal brand, and I felt genuinely happy, confident, and energized while doing it. That made me question a lot.

My main question is,

Can someone build a good income through a personal brand, or is learning and selling a skill the only practical way to earn well?

I’m feeling a bit confused about which path to choose, and I’d truly appreciate honest advice from people with more experience. Thank you so much.
