We’re hiring a Remote, Full-Time App Senior Growth & Brand Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of growth for our startup.
Simpli Human currently has ~23,000 total app installs, and we’re looking for someone who can scale visibility, acquisition, and brand presence to the next level.
What You’ll Lead
Increase app visibility across paid and organic channels
Drive AI visibility and positioning across relevant platforms
Build and execute a clear marketing roadmap
Run and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads
Lead SEO and ASO strategies
Grow and manage our social media presence
Develop and execute content strategy
Build and nurture a strong community
Design and manage volunteer/ambassador programs
Lead and manage a small social media/marketing team
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/app growth
Proven experience scaling mobile apps
Strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing
Experience leading social media and marketing teams
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Active learner who stays updated with growth and AI trends
Comfortable working in a startup environment
