Hadith Sharif
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“Fasting is a shield. So the one who is fasting should avoid obscene speech and ignorant behavior. If someone fights or abuses him, let him say: ‘I am fasting.’”— Sahih al-Bukhari (1904), Sahih Muslim (1151)
🌙 Lesson:
This Hadith teaches us that fasting is not only about staying away from food and drink, but also about controlling our words, actions, and emotions. It builds patience, self-discipline, and inner strength—qualities that protect a believer both spiritually and morally.
