Growing means saying no sometimes
Har “haan” zaroori nahi hoti.
Or har “no” badtameezi nahi hota.
Main seekh rahi hon ke apni limits batana selfish nahi hota yeh self-respect hota hai. Har waqt available rehna, har baat maan lena or apni feelings ignore kar dena… yeh kindness nahi yeh khud se na-insaafi hai.
Agar main thak gayi hon toh mujhe rest chahiye explanation nahi. Agar koi cheez mujhe uncomfortable karti hai, toh mujhe mana karne ka haq hai guilt ke baghair.
Boundaries walls nahi hoti yeh guidelines hoti hain ke mere saath kaise treat karna hai.
Main ab logon ko door nahi kar rahi… main sirf apni peace protect kar rahi hoon.
