Ye phase tab hota hai jab aap naye hote hain aur aapka sara focus kaam pakadne par hota hai.
- Daily Journaling: Rozana apni progress likhna taake aap track kar saken ke kya sahi ho raha hai aur kya galat.

Jab aapke paas kaam aana shuru ho jata hai, to aap thakne lagte hain. Is phase mein aap smart work shuru karte hain.
- Templates & SOPs: Har dafa zero se kaam shuru nahi karte. Aapne apne tareeqay (Standard Operating Procedures) likh liye hain taake kaam jaldi ho.
- Delegating Edits: Aap apna sara waqt choti moti cheezon mein zaya nahi karte balkay kisi ko hire kar lete hain (maslan video editor) jo aapka kaam halka kare.
- Gigs to Retainers: Yahan aap client ko "one-time" ke bajaye "monthly subscription" par le aate hain taake har mahine paison ki tension khatam ho.
Phase 3: Scale Karna (Growing Bigger)
Ab aap ek freelancer nahi balkay ek Business Owner hain.
- Onboarding Systems: Naye client ko handle karne ka ek automatic tareeqa, jise baar baar aapko khud na dekhna paray.
- Agency-style Workflow: Ab aap khud kaam nahi kar rahe, balkay aapki team kaam kar rahi hai. Aapka kaam sirf manage karna aur strategy banana hai.
- Scaling without Burnout: Iska matlab hai ke paisay aur kaam to barh rahe hain, lekin aapki neend aur sukoon kharab nahi ho raha kyunke system mazboot hai.
