Asslam o Alaikum My community members
I just wanted to share something honestly. For the past few days, Iβve been feeling really slow and low. I havenβt been as active in the community, classes, or daily journaling as I wanted to be. Mostly, I manage home responsibilities and then do a little bit of video editing practice thatβs all.
I donβt know exactly why Iβm feeling this way, but it feels like Iβm mentally tired and stuck in a slow phase. I really want to get back on track, but right now Iβm struggling with consistency and motivation.
If any of you have gone through a similar phase, Iβd really appreciate your advice:
How did you reset yourself and start moving forward again β without overwhelming yourself?
