Experience with Local Clients (PK)
I have been working for 3 month for local clients, managing their clients and helping them but what happened today frustrated me a lot.
As a Editor, we work accordingly to what we're told. We don't add something on our own in Reference Style editing.
A local client approached me through my friend's refferal. He wanted a reference style video editing, which was really clean. Mostly it was data type graphics which I have to make with animations.
I spent 3-4 days working on that and finally when I deliver that to him, he said "Ye 1920x1080 hai, client k Kisi kaam ki nahi hai". I said, " apne edit kis resolution mai karna hai yeh to btaya hi nahi , aur maine assume karlia k video landscape hai toh 1920x1080 hi hogi. Mostly landscape videos isi resolution mai hoti hain." Then he said, "ap bhejdo mai dekhta hoon agar client man gya toh mai accept karluga warna nai ".
He advised me with 50+ messages to keep the design same, I worked really hard keeping my study aside. Huh, now after 4 days of continuous editing, all my time got wasted.
