5 basic video editing terms :
- Timeline : The place where you arrange and edit your video, audio, and clips in order.
- Cut/Trim : Removing unwanted parts of a clip to make the video shorter and cleaner.
- Transition : A visual effect that smoothly connects one clip to the next.
- Keyframe : A point that marks a change in motion, scale, opacity, or any effect over time.
- Render/Export : The process of turning your edited project into a final video file.
- B-roll : Extra footage added on top of the main video to show context, make scenes more interesting, or hide cuts like showing streets, products etc
