Assalamualikum Everyone, I’ve been off the grid for about 15 days, taking some time for myself because my mind was all over the place, overthinking and doubting myself a lot. Even though I wasn’t posting, I was quietly tuned in to Haroon Bhai’s Mental Mastery sessions and some other podcasts about meditation and self-growth. I also tried to fix my sleep schedule, which is tough with night shifts, you know how it is.
But now I’m back! I’m planning to keep sharing daily journals here to track my progress and stay connected with you all. I’m giving myself a challenge to make at least $500 to $1000 before the year ends and get better every day, even if it’s just 1 percent.
I also joined a gym to fight procrastination and work on my physical health because mental health and physical strength go hand in hand. I’m cleaning up my diet and daily routine to shake off the overthinking and self-doubt.
I’ll definitely need your support, advice, and maybe a little push sometimes. That’s what this community is for to help each other grow.
