Magical Moves 4 Vitality is happening in 20 hours
Joyful Movement Is Still Movement
Not every workout needs a mat, a timer, or a mirror. Dancing while the water boils, swaying while you stir, or bopping to a favorite song counts. Joy is one of the best reasons to move. When movement feels like play, it is far easier to keep doing it. Practice: Choose one song you love. Play it while you cook, clean, or get ready. Move however it moves you: sway, step, snap, shimmy. Let your arms be expressive and your face be relaxed. Reflection: What did movement feel like when I was a child, and how can I invite that feeling back? "Movement is a celebration of being alive." Drop the song title that always gets you moving.

Friday’s Meditation Recap - The Usefulness of Silence
Pause & Pace 4 Peace | Calling Our Power Back Even with threatening weather approaching, we chose peace. More of our circle joined online, while a few held it down in the studio. Wherever you joined us, thank you for protecting this sacred hour. Your practice meets you where you are. This evening, we settled into stillness and allowed space to recalibrate our Alignment, Balance, and Clarity—at every level of our being. Whatever this week called us to witness, we remembered that we can acknowledge our experiences without reliving them over and over. We gave thanks for our silence, for what it invited in, and for what it helped us release. And as we let go, we remembered to call our power back. Letting go calls for discernment, too. Some things remain needed and necessary: the wisdom, the lessons, the love. No throwing the baby out with the bathwater! Together, we affirmed: “I call my power back to me, from across every timeline, universe, and galaxy. I call back my Alignment, Balance, and Clarity in every area where they are needed and necessary. I call in my awareness, my faith, my compassion, and my love—free and clear. I welcome back only that which belongs to me.” Give thanks for your practice and the space you continue to make for yourself. You can call it your practice because you practice.

Magical Moves 4 Vitality — Let’s Keep Moving, Grooving & Growing!
Next 5-Week Series: October 26–November 27, 2026 Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 9:00 AM ET | Live on Zoom Since 2020, you have helped make this class a wonderful space for movement, connection, laughter, and everyday vitality. Thank you for the love, consistency, and support—from the East Coast to the West Coast! With just one week left in our current session, I would love to hear your experiences. What’s your favorite Magical Move—or your least favorite? Have you noticed a difference in your strength, balance, confidence, or how you move through your day? Your stories matter! In our upcoming series, we’re bringing more intention to our neural conditioning: movements that connect the brain, senses, and body. Through coordination, balance, focused attention, and breath, we’ll explore practices designed to support learning, body awareness, and nervous system regulation. Some have been part of our magic all along, and a few will be new. We want to know what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how it serves the lives we want to keep living. Registration is open! Come move with us, grow with us, and keep building your vitality—one intentional movement at a time. Share with a friend—or an enemy. They might become your movement buddy! 😉 Everyone is welcome. See you soon! g Mechelle 💛

Copy-Paste Wellness Doesn't Fit
What Works for Others May Not Work for You Another influencer, another "perfect morning routine," another strict plan. If it leaves you tired, guilty, or broke, it is not your plan. Borrow what helps. Leave the rest. Try this: Take one trend you have been trying to force and ask, "Does this fit my life, or am I forcing it?" Affirmation: "I take what fits and leave what doesn't." What is a wellness trend you tried and happily let go? #MySoL #NoCopyPasteWellness #SelfCorrection

MASTERMIND EXCHANGE | The Mastery of Love
Whew! Put your seat belt on. Our journey through The Mastery of Love by Don Miguel Ruiz has been one of those read it...pause...read it again experiences. The conversations have been rich, engaging, transparent—and sometimes a little uncomfortable. And that is where some of the real learning has happened. One of our biggest discoveries has been recognizing just how “dishonest” we can be without even realizing it. Not necessarily dishonesty intended to deceive others, but the stories we have accepted, repeated and eventually learned to tell ourselves. Sometimes for protection. Sometimes out of habit. Sometimes because we were taught them. And yes, sometimes out of pure selfishness. This book is inviting us to look more closely at what we have called love and ask: Is that really love? And interestingly, as we examine that question, some of our longtime “Why?” questions are slowly beginning to answer themselves. Last Week: The Magical Kitchen What a chapter! We explored the difference between sharing and needing, the danger of emotional starvation, and what changes when we begin recognizing our own inner abundance. When I know there is a Magical Kitchen within me, I don't have to approach love starving and begging someone else to feed me. I can share from what I already have. That one will preach all by itself. Next Stop: Chapter 7 — The Dream Master We are anticipating where this chapter will take us as we explore the illusion of the dream and what it means to become more conscious of the life, beliefs and relationships we are creating. We have two weeks remaining in this session and five chapters still to explore. Clearly, this book is coming with us into our next session—and that's okay. Something tells me The Mastery of Love isn't the kind of book you simply finish. You revisit it. You practice it. You live it. So, we will continue tilling the soil of this garden and, as our beloved Tina would say, keep Moving, Grooving & Growing. ❤️ Thank you to everyone for your participation, contribution, honesty and transparency. What we are doing reaches far beyond our Wednesday conversations.
