Court Watch Massachusetts is a citizen-led organization dedicated to increasing transparency, accountability, and public awareness within the Massachusetts family court system. We are building a network of trained court watchers who attend public proceedings, objectively document what they observe, and help identify patterns that deserve closer examination. We also collect firsthand experiences, court records, transcripts, orders, and other documentation from families who have been through the system. Our goal is not to rely on rumors or one-sided accusations—we believe credibility comes from evidence. We want to understand what works, what fails families, and where meaningful reform may be needed. Parents, veterans, attorneys, researchers, advocates, journalists, and concerned citizens are welcome to participate. Whether you can observe court, research records, analyze data, or help behind the scenes, we need you. Observe. Document. Verify.
