🚨 Most “AI certifications” won’t do a thing for your career
Generic certificate. Weak signal. Zero credibility with a hiring manager or a client.
But a handful of AI credentials in 2026 actually carry weight — because they come from the companies building the technology.
Google. Microsoft. AWS. IBM. Anthropic. Salesforce.
I spent 30 years in enterprise IT, including VP-level roles, before I rebuilt my career around AI. So here’s what I’ll tell any woman over 50 who’s wondering whether it’s “too late” to get into this space: it isn’t. The people getting certified now are moving ahead of the ones still planning to start.

And here’s the part most people miss: your decades of experience aren’t a liability in the AI economy. They’re the asset. The judgment you’ve built over a 25, 30, 35-year career is exactly what makes these tools powerful in your hands.
