Share your Gems, Ideas and Theories
I realize I am the coach in charge here. El jefe, the big Honcho, even "Big Papa" if you want a Ron Burgundy reference. But the truth is I am always learning and changing my opinion of fitness, especially when it comes to training people over 50. I am talking about sharing ideas, nutrition, workouts etc... you are actually doing. There are two types of posts I won't put up with. 1. People spamming or selling your stuff. I can smell it a mile away and it is an instant ban. 2. Anyone starting a post with " I have a friend who..." or "I have a buddy who..." The reason why is that these stories are never factual and involve hearsay. That won't be a ban but a gentle reminder not to do that. I want first hand stories and tips. While we are on the subject, this is the perfect place to ask questions about what your friends are doing or what people think about the latest fitness trend.

Day 7 – One Week In One full week of keeping your word. Notice how this feels different than motivation. Comment DONE.
Day 6
Day 6 – Imperfect Counts Messy counts.Rushed counts.Half-hearted still counts. Do the habit. Comment DONE.
Day 5
Day 5 – Trust Is Being Built Every time you follow through, you rebuild trust with yourself. Quietly. Powerfully. Comment DONE when finished.
