Code of Conduct
This is where culture + structure meet. This community is a safe space, a creative zone, and a growth arena. Hip-hop is the language — respect is the law. 🔊 RULE #1: RESPECT THE MIC When someone shares their story, listen. No talking over. No mocking. No tearing people down. 🎙 Every voice matters — even when it’s still finding its rhythm. 🔊 RULE #2: KEEP IT REAL, NOT RECKLESS We value truth, not harm. ✔ Express your experiences ✖ Don’t promote violence, hate, self-harm, or exploitation ✖ No bullying, harassment, or discrimination Realness is powerful. Recklessness is not. 🔊 RULE #3: THIS IS A SAFE SPACE, NOT A SCENE What’s shared here stays here. 🛑 No screenshots 🛑 No reposting others’ work without permission 🛑 No gossip or clout-chasing Trust is currency. Don’t spend it carelessly. 🔊 RULE #4: SHOW UP OR SIT OUT Growth comes from engagement. 🔥 Participate in sessions 🔥 Complete challenges 🔥 Give feedback with respect 🔥 Support your peers Lurking won’t unlock levels. 🔊 RULE #5: NO HATE, NO GATEKEEPING Hip-hop is global. Everyone belongs here — no matter race, gender, background, ability, or skill level. 🚫 Hate speech = instant removal 🚫 Ego trips = missed opportunities We build bridges, not walls. 🔊 RULE #6: CREATE, DON’T COPY Be inspired — not a clone. 🎵 Original lyrics only 🎵 Credit your influences 🎵 No stealing verses, beats, or ideas Your story is already enough. 🧱 THE 5 PILLARS OF HIP-HOP (Lyrics Matter Edition) We honor hip-hop culture by living its pillars: 🎤 MCing (Voice & Story) Speak your truth. Use your voice with purpose. 🎧 DJing (Craft & Skill) Learn the tools. Respect the process. Master your sound. 🕺 Breakin’ (Discipline & Movement) Put in the work. Growth takes repetition and effort. 🎨 Graffiti (Expression & Identity) Create boldly. Leave your mark — responsibly. 🧠 Knowledge of Self (Leadership & Awareness) Know who you are, where you come from, and where you’re going. This pillar guides everything we do. 🏁 FINAL WORD
