I’ve spent 25+ years in the construction industry, building everything from houses to high-end custom work. I’m a lifelong athlete and trainer of 15+ years, forged in discipline and movement. But my real training ground was life itself: years battling alcohol, hard drugs, child abuse victimhood stories, and the chaos of my own mind. I know what it’s like to be a slave to addiction and thought patterns — and I know what it takes to break free. Today, I stand as a builder not just of projects, but of people — a mind master, father, and coach who believes in Kaizen: leveling up daily, keeping steady under pressure, and becoming stronger in body, sharper in mind, and freer in spirit.
