Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier. You’ll receive tracking once shipped.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
All sales are final due to the nature of our products.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and our support team will assist. [email protected]
What happens if my package is lost or not delivered?
If tracking shows “delivered,” LuxxEra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For undelivered shipments, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for review.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Venmo, cash if local, more options coming soon.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly — changes aren’t guaranteed once placed, but reach out immediately and we’ll do our best to help. [email protected]
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. COAs are available upon request or on most individual product pages.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking will be sent via email (if provided at checkout). If you don’t provide an email when you order you will NOT receive tracking information.
