Mindset Monday 🌱 Get 10 no’s today.
If you’re doing outreach, yes is obviously the goal. But instead of measuring your day by how many yeses you get, try aiming for 10 no’s. It changes the game. You stop taking rejection so personally. You make more offers. You get more comfortable starting conversations, explaining what you do and recognizing who’s actually interested. Most importantly, it gives you something you can control. You can’t control who says yes, but you can control how many conversations you start. And if you’re making enough offers to collect 10 no’s, chances are a few yeses are going to show up along the way. Go get your 10 no’s. 👊

You can out perform 98% of posts simply by being human
I've been noticing a pattern lately. Last Friday, a Realtor sent me a post she'd written and asked me to publish it. Three days later, it had reached nearly 15,000 people, generated 1,900 clicks, and outperformed every recently published post on the profile by nearly 20,000%. It reinforced something I've been thinking for a while. Everyone is racing to have AI create their content. But this post didn't perform because AI wrote it. It performed because it came from a real person who noticed something interesting, trusted her instincts, and wrote from experience. I think that's where a lot of people are getting it backwards. AI is an incredible amplifier. It can make good ideas clearer, tighter, and more engaging. But it still needs a good idea to amplify. The highest-performing content I've been seeing lately doesn't feel like it came from a prompt. It feels like it came from someone who had something real to say. Maybe the future isn't AI vs. humans. Maybe it's humans with something worth saying, using AI to say it even better. Five years from now, I don't think the people who stand out will be the ones who used the most AI. I think they'll be the ones who still sounded like themselves. ✌️🍄💜 Jeff

Ever notice how the best things in life usually take longer than we thought they would? 🍎
This apple tree is blooming for the first time this year, and honestly… it made me think about life for a second. You keep showing up. Watering things. Putting in the work. Wondering if anything’s actually changing. Then one day you look closer and realize something really did grow. Relationships. Confidence. Business. Peace of mind. A lot of meaningful things seem to bloom quietly first.
