I want to share something which i experienced after i watched Day 3 of htw.. Aaron and Mark were answering a question at the end, i cant remember exact words used but basically that someone projecting something onto ypu wouldnt hurt if part of you didn't believe it. I later sat in silence and a memory which from childhood popped into my mind where a friend said something hurtful to me which honestly had stayed with me and.hurt me.over again. In this silence the words from day3 popped into my mind and i actually began crying in gratitude for that friend as I realised it wasnt what she said at all it was a belief/ perception i had about myself that she awoke for me to heal.. It was quite powerful and i am so thankful, i release that old belief to the holy spirit and ask forgiveness set myself and my friend free 🙏 thank you all so much and of course thank you Aaron and Mark for your wonderful teachings love and Light, jen ❤️
