Hello, Lovely Inspiration Community Hello, my name is Shameka Hamilton, I have 2 young men (20 & 18) and a daughter (9), that is watching me live out my own dreams while inspiring them to live theirs! It has been a journey, but as I have learned with the Lord and hard work all things are possible. Throughout life I was able to be employed in positions that allowed me to adjust in my working or contracted schedule for a certain timeframe in my life. I enjoyed the opportunity to plan my days to making others happy. From hair stylist, daycare teacher, CNA for home health, nursing homes, private care, volunteer, substitute, and teacher assistant in elementary, behavioral, and ID MILD classroom setting. What I learned and enjoyed from working in all of those positions, was that sometimes the simple reassurance of positivity, the opposite of what a person was receiving at that time was better than nothing and giving what I could at that moment might be necessary. Doing my best not to offend anyone when they asked for my advice or needed me to be a listening ear to situations that some know nothing about was a learning moment for me..... Your positivity, encouragement, and smile, could change the next moments of someone life. You never know who might need it at that moment and bring a different perspective to their day!
