- You've done therapy, coaching, or mindfulness and want something more embodied and alive
- You want joy that can coexist with things like grief, stress, caregiving, or uncertainty
- You're interested in nervous system regulation and emotional steadiness
- You value contributing to a supportive community without pressure to overshare or perform
- You're open to playful, body-based practices even if you don't see yourself as "playful"
- You want a consistent practice you can return to week after week
We use Laughter Yoga as a science-backed, body-based practice to regulate your nervous system and build joyful resilience. This isn't entertainment or a quick fix. It's about building joy as a lived practice that supports you through real life.
