So I’ve been dabbling with “Coach Julie” -( my name for the bot ) since the beginning but did find it a bit overwhelming as I’m also working with a nutritionist so track food , macros weight etc in here app (also supported by AI) so it felt like a lot of duplication and my head wasn’t in it (a key thing for success for me!).
I was interested in how all this worked as I love what AI can do and I’ll be honest I’m a sucker for “shiny new things” and the hope this time it might be the magic bullet to solve things (we live in hope!)
Anyway this time round I’m really interested to see how I can use it to compliment what I’m doing with my nutritionist - an additional level of accountability etc rather than the tracking etc . I also have a PT I work with twice a week and try to run 2-3 times, also need to focus on flexibility so intrigued to see more about how the tools can bring all of this together to help me succeee
