I am doing a mile a day challenge in January to get me out of the door every day.
As part of my baseline I will do a 5k in the morning.
At the start of this journey I was taking over an hour to do a parkrun, and a few weeks back I managed one in 36 minutes.
I’m likely to be close to 40 minutes again, and would love to get strong enough to get under 30
