How I lost 5kg in 1.5 months
I started workingout at a boxing academy near my home, it involves 1 hour 30 mins exercise like running stretching, jhumping, rolling, squating, pushups etc...
I sweat alot daily when I do these exercises.
I also started to not take sugar and started drinking green tea which has done alot in reduncing weight.
I also started to eat less and only eat 2 times a day. My weight is now 65 when I started it was 70.
I am 32 years old and this weight reduction has made me feel light and energetic.
Now my goal is to develop muscles and make a mascular physique.
You guys can also share your weight loss journey in this community so together we can grow.
