Feeling scattered? Try a mini Pomodoro. ⏳
On days when your brain feels overloaded and focus is hard. . . shrink the Pomodoro method down.
The Pomodoro method is where you work in sprints - 25 minutes for example and then take a 5 minute break.
👉 Set a timer for just 10 minutes and pick one small task. When the timer rings, take a 2–3 minute break. If you feel good, do another round.
You don’t have to commit to hours of work — even one or two mini sessions can clear the fog and get momentum going!
What’s one small task you could tackle in your first 10 minutes today? Or, what's a word count you could aim for in 10 minutes?
