There is little value in training people if we do not also take responsibility for what comes next. Qualification without opportunity leaves people carrying knowledge with nowhere to place it. That gap is where many lose momentum.

So this stage of the programme is practical.

As this community grows, the work is shifting. From training individuals, to building a workforce. From individual effort, to shared infrastructure.
