Last day of bball work tjat week (monday to friday)couldnt find my ball so i played with my old ball wich is not bouncy at all so the ballhandling workout took like 30min more than usual and i couldnt train in the place that i usually train and nothing was working but i did them anyway then showered recovered ate clean studied 20min of film streched and now i am doing form shot on the bed, and today i dont jave lifting
