Intro

I’m a husband of 21 years to my wife, Kelly, and a proud dad to three boys (18, 16, and 7). We live by the ocean in Santa Cruz, California, where curiosity fuels my passion for exploring life.

I started as a high school biology teacher but have spent the last 17 years in the fire service, now serving as a Fire Captain in San Jose. I’m also a commercial real estate investor, blending problem-solving with a drive for growth.

I joined the LLL community to connect with top AI developers and bridge real estate investing with AI innovation. My focus is on using AI to raise capital for real estate and support early-stage AI startups in securing funding. I’m here to learn, collaborate, and share what I discover along the way!
