GBP merging

hi can anyone advise me how to sort my gbp out i have my original profile with 66 reviews service based business verified under my personal google account, i then created another google account to try and have my business separate from my personal google account both accounts are users of the gbp profile i used to pay for virtual office for my business but my accountant said for me to use his office address as the business address so all important mail goes directly to him, so i then went to change my address in gbp and it created a duplicate profile of the business that was verifed i think by google ringing the new office contact details and has created a store with google maps pin i now have customers leaving reviews on the duplicate profile. I want to run LSA ads but i want my profile in good order to avoid been suspended if they don't meet the guidelines set out in googles guideline policy.

looking into this online it says there is a way to merge the profiles but don't want to ask google to merge them until i know for sure every thing is in order for a smooth merge rather than having gbp took down or suspended, that screenshot shows what i see when login on 2nd account
