Anyone here using AI/auto-responders for Google LSA message leads?
This September, we’ve been running into an issue:
When we receive long LSA message leads, our auto-responder replies multiple times, making the conversation thread look strange and confusing.
We reached out to Twilio, and they explained that the sender (Google LSA) is firing off multiple API calls, which our AI responder interprets as separate messages.
We also tried contacting Google LSA support, but they weren’t much help—just generic tips about getting more leads, reviews, and improving responsiveness.
So I’m wondering:
- Has anyone else experienced this issue?
- Were you able to fix it, or is Google LSA basically discouraging businesses from using auto-responders for message leads?
- If you’re not running into this problem, which SMS AI agent apps are you using that work well with Google LSA?
