Hey everyone, hope you’re all doing well! Over the past 1–2 weeks, I’ve been experiencing a significant increase in ad rejections on Meta for Legal ads, specifically Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) campaigns. The main issue I’m seeing is Meta pushing these ads toward the Special Ad Category – Financial Products & Services. I’ve already tried refining the ad copy, creatives, and funnel to make everything as compliant as possible, but I’m still seeing repeated rejections. I wanted to check with the community: Is anyone else experiencing the same issue recently? If yes: - Are you still trying to run these campaigns outside of the Special Ad Category? - Have you started using the Special Ad Category for WC/MVA? - If you switched to Special Ad Category, how much did you notice it affecting performance? - Have you found any other legitimate/compliant approach that helped reduce the rejections? My main concern is that repeated rejections could eventually put the ad account at risk, so I’d rather find a sustainable way to operate within Meta’s policies instead of constantly dealing with rejected ads. Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who is currently running WC or MVA legal campaigns and has faced this recently. Thanks in advance for any insights or honest experiences! 🙏
