This is a free accountability community for loan officers who are serious about prospecting.
This community exists because I believe cold calling realtors is the highest leverage activity in our business and almost nobody does it consistently. Not because they don't know it works. Because it's uncomfortable and nobody is watching.
We fix that here.
What this IS NOT:
This is not a place to talk about mortgage products, rate sheets, or compliance questions. This is not a coaching program. This is not a place to lurk and consume content without doing the work. This is not for people who want to talk about prospecting instead of actually doing it.
